Lizzie.Mi is a local-first personal intelligence Chrome extension. It captures, organises, and surfaces your browsing context, notes, and patterns — entirely on your own device. No data is sent to any server.
The extension is in private beta and is under active development. Features may change, bugs may exist, and the product is not yet feature-complete. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lizzie.Mi (or 16 years of age if you reside in the European Union). By using the extension, you confirm you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
Everything you store in Lizzie.Mi — your memories, notes, tasks, writing samples, and session history — belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership over any content you create or save.
Because your data lives locally on your device, you are responsible for your own backups. We strongly encourage you to use the Export Memory feature regularly.
You agree to use Lizzie.Mi only for lawful purposes. You must not use the extension to:

The Lizzie.Mi name, logo, extension code, and website are the intellectual property of Lizzie.Mi and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without written permission.
These terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the extension as intended.
Lizzie.Mi is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all Chrome versions, or that your data will be preserved across all updates.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lizzie.Mi and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the extension.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Since the extension is currently free, this means our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Lizzie.Mi operates on the browsing data you generate in Chrome. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites you visit. Each website you browse is governed by its own terms and policies.
You may stop using Lizzie.Mi at any time by uninstalling the Chrome extension, which will also remove all locally stored data from your device.
We may suspend or discontinue the extension or waitlist at any time, particularly during beta, and will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of any such discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. If you are located in the EU or UK, you retain the right to bring claims before the courts in your country of residence.
We may update these terms as Lizzie.Mi grows. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. For material changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email where possible. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
